Dysons Wood Aviaries is a small family business, specialising in breeding a variety of Australian Native and Exotic species. Our primary aim is to utilise our experience in animal husbandry to breed healthy birds for our customers to enjoy for many years to come.
Although we've only been breeding birds for the last decade, our family history goes back many generations in Agriculture across various sectors. Currently our family farm specialises in breeding both British and European Continental beef cattle.
Our passion for aviculture began in breeding Australian Grass Finches, before slowly expanding into Native Parrots. Now we have registered the business, Dysons Wood Aviaries has welcomed a number of new species to our collection.

We are involved with Bird Rescue organisations, and always look to adopt and/or purchase unwanted Birds to offer a healthy and loving home. If you have a pet bird that you can't dedicate to care for any longer, speak to us. Our ethos is to always put the bird first, and we often take unwanted birds in and grow our family.
Dysons Wood Aviaries has developed a structured process for hand-rearing our birds, including tailor-made diets and early stage training so that we can ensure our young stock is healthy and ready for their new homes.
